<p style="text-align:center;">Vance Ziglar, my oldest friend. We met at TCU in 1981 and have been friends since. <br />More than three decades and counting.</p> <p style="text-align:center;">Ryan Holder, my UM classmate and dear friend, who lives in Arizona. <br />Ryan and I share a passion for Apple computers and choral music. </p> <p style="text-align:center;">Gregg Redner, a Juilliard classmate and the only other organ student who studied with <br />Albert while I was there. We are now exceedingly close friends even though he lives <br />in Canada with his wife and step-children. He is a real prince.</p> <p style="text-align:center;">Will Jones and Barry Pate, wedded friends who live in Asheville, and with whom I often stay overnight. Dandy, auteur, all-around brilliant mind. </p> <p style="text-align:center;">My one-time boyfriend and longtime adoptive kid brother Richard Jenrette of DC. <br />I met Richard when he was 18 and I was 25, more than 27 years ago. </p> <p style="text-align:center;">Ernie Howard, one half of the famous couple Rich and Ernie, who lived in Asheville and was really kind to me during some dark times. Ernie is a gifted painter who now lives in Mexico.</p> <p style="text-align:center;">Phyllis Jo Kubey of New York City. Phyllis is a wonderful contralto and a wizard at tax preparation. She&rsquo;s been preparing my taxes since the first year she started, in the 1980s. We&rsquo;ve been friends and professional colleagues for longer than that.</p> <p style="text-align:center;">Jeff Morrissey, Juilliard classmate and former roommate at the Beacon Hotel. <br />Successful opera singer and friend.</p> <p style="text-align:center;">Massimo and I during my first trip to Florence. Cory works for the FDA and was assigned to work in Beijing for four months.</p> <p style="text-align:center;">Stuart Dunkel, my Juilliard classmate and dear friend. After a career playing and teaching <br />the oboe, Stu has become an extraordinarily successful painter. <a href="http://www.stuart-dunkel.com/" rel="external">See for yourself.</a></p> <p style="text-align:center;">Tom Kaurich, with whom I shared an apartment in the Beacon Hotel while we attended Juilliard. He now lives in Spain and runs a gay resort. He&rsquo;s also an excellent pianist.</p> <p style="text-align:center;">Mary Ann and Joe Benson. I knew them while living in Fort Worth, nearly 30 years ago. <br />I babysat their three boys, Trey, Richard and Charlie and became another son&mdash;the eldest. <br />I also played the organ for all three of the boys&rsquo; weddings.</p> <p style="text-align:center;">Trey Benson, the oldest Benson boy. Trey was in the Texas Boy Choir while I worked there. <br />I also trained him to sing the role of Amahl in Menotti&rsquo;s &ldquo;Amahl and the NIght Visitors.&rdquo;</p> <p style="text-align:center;">Richard Benson, one of the three Benson boys with whom I had a close relationship.</p> <p style="text-align:center;">Lowell Liebermann, an amazingly successful and talented composer. <br />We were classmates at Juilliard. Lowell now lives in New Jersey.</p>
